Shipping, handling, and customs charges are non-refundable. We do not provide return labels for online purchases. The customer is responsible for return fees. Please look to the Terms page for more detailed information.
Damaged Items
We do not have a warranty on our products. However, we stand by the quality of all items sold online and in store. Please contact design@hagopnajarian.com for further information regarding damaged/faulty items.
If for some reason you received your item and it was damaged in transit, you can email us at design@hagopnajarian.com and we will help resolve the issue.

Shipping Restrictions
